SHIPPING AND CHARGES

FREE shipping will apply to all the products listed on our online shop only.  We only ship Australia wide.  Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days after the payment has been received. While we cannot guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times, we will do our best to inform you in any unforeseen circumstances arise. Please note that the products available may be sent through to you via a third-party supplier. Also, in-store pick up of our online products are not available right at this moment.

While we offer Australia-wide shipping, there are still some postcodes in remote areas that are undeliverable for some products. In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be made automatically. 

Please note that once the order has been received, the order details (such as delivery address) cannot be altered.  However, you can cancel and resubmit the order with correct details (additional charges may apply). To avoid this, we encourage our customers to check carefully the accuracy of delivery details before placing the orders.

RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a return or replacement.

Prescription Medications: Due to the nature of prescription medications and health regulations, we cannot accept returns for medications once they have left our pharmacy. Please ensure the accuracy of your prescription before ordering.

Non-Prescription Products: Non-prescription products (e.g., over-the-counter medications, healthcare items) may be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please check the specific product page or contact us for return eligibility.

Compounded Medications: Due to the nature of these medications, we cannot accept returns for the compounded medications. Please choose carefully before placing the orders.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the reason for your return and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Package the items securely, including a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice.

Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping for non-defective, non-prescription items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

4. Refunds and Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the return and refund to be completed. The exact time may vary depending on the volume of returns and your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product and require a replacement, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. We will expedite the process to ensure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.
